Aluminium Copper Clad Laminate

Allutron is an aluminium base copper clad laminate for pcb's made with an epoxy dielectric and formulated to replace technically the critical and expensive laminates having ceramic dielectric applied into the thermal management of PCB of electric/electronic debvices. The electrical/electronic devices made on allutron are withstanding high current discharge value, I. E. More then 7kv/DC, and they are performing an overal thermal dissipation value of the entire device lower or equal to 1 c/w. Allutron reliability and its easy processing in all manufacturing and assembly steps are drastically reducing the overall manufacturing industrial costs and, meanwhile, keeping the most stringent performances required.
