The device is fully compliant to the FDX-B Animal ISO standards 11784/11785 code structure and protocol. The IC contains a 128-bit OTP ROM and consumes extremely low power of less than 0.5. The SIC7800 requires only one external antenna inductor to operate since a 330pF resonant capacitor is built on-chip making it ideal for cost optimization of tags.
