The device is fully compliant to the FDX-A Animal ISO standards (FECAVA version) code structure and protocol. The IC contains a 48-bit OTP ROM and consumes extremely low power of less than 0.5. The SIC7801 requires only one external antenna inductor to operate since a 330pF resonant capacitor is built on-chip making it ideal for cost optimization of tags.
