Vertical sidewalls of the chip guarantee an easy handling with tweezers.

Due to a very well defined bracing at the beginning of the cantilevers a minimum variation of the spring constant and resonance frequency is provided. The typical variation of the resonance frequency within one chip is less than 1%.

A special support structure enables a simple functionalisation of each cantilever with the micro capillary technique.

Octosensis Microcantilever are chips with two or eight microtechnological fabricated cantilever sensors. They are available for static as well as dynamic mode.
