Ultrasonic transducer

The ultrasonic transducer is a part that can tranform the electrical energy into the mechanical energy(ultrasonic). The most mature and reliable product now is piezoelectric transducer,which transform between electrical energy and the sound energy by the piezoelectric effect. It is compossed of the central piezoelectricity ceramic component,metal cover board in front and back,the pre-stressed force screw rod,the electricity pole piece and the insulation tube. This kind of transducer(bolt fastening transducer),shapes in sandwich,can generate the stable ultrasonic wave while the load changed. It is the most essential and the main method to obtain the power ultrasonic generator. According to the different designation,it can be divided into columnar type(the diameter of the back and front metal cover and the piezo ceramic are the same,of stabilized power and high reliability),upside-down the trumpt(front cover board diameter minimized gradually along with output terminal. Of larger amplitude and bigger output power),the columnar type with steel post cover(of large and stabilized amplitude),and the columnar type with nodal point in middle(good heat releasing,multiple choice of fixation) and so on.
