Typical Analysis of Chief Ray Angle

Special rays are defined with respect to the aperture stop or pupil of the optical system. A chief ray passes through the center (or centroid) of the entrance and exit pupils of an optical system.

Typical Lens and IR Filter Characteristics (2P)

IR cut filters are frequently used since they let the visual spectra pass while infrared rays from 780nm are blocked. The IR filters are used with CCD and CMOS imagers to produce true color images.

Amkor carefully designed all equipment and logistics to achieve optimum cleanliness. The Image Sensor Camera Module is a product of Amkor's years of assembly experience and technology leadership. Amkor utilizes its world class team of engineers from its worldwide Design and Development Center to develop a low cost camera module solution. Combining its expertise and experience in the strip laminate and image sensor assembly, Amkor has developed the laminate camera module. Amkor has invested resources and capital in the camera module business and owns several patents on the design and manufacturing of camera modules
