Designed to accept a snap-on lead wire, the S-2651 sensor features a molded plastic substrate covered with a 0.1 mil Ag/AgCl coating that will not flake or peel under even the most strenuous use. A unique, environmentally responsible deposition process, designed and engineered in-house, ensures extreme coating uniformity, as well as flawless adhesion.

Like all of Select's standard and custom sensors, including x-ray transparent models, the S-2651 sensor also boasts exceptional electrical performance, with DC offset, impedance and defibrillation recovery all measuring out at fractions of AAMI limits. Although specific values vary with the type of conductive gel used, DC offset a key determinant of sensitivity consistently reads below 1 mv, compared with an industry limit of 100.
