The sensor is intended for limit level monitoring of water, aqueous solutions and dispersions. The sensor operates on the principle of capacity change due to the changing area of the wet surface of
the sensing electrode at level changes. The sensor is actuated if the water level drops under the reference level. The sensor functions without movable parts. It requires a power supply.
