The XFTC-100-M5 series are machined from aluminium alloy (AU4G) or stainless steel (APX4) depending on the range, and are fitted with a fully temperature compensated wheatstone bridge equipped with high stability micro-machined silicon strain gauges. Although the XFTC-100-M5 is not very sensitive to tranverse loading, the specifications given overleaf assume that the load will be centred on the load cell.Other threads are available as an option(M6, M8).
