The communicate principle of this sensor is: Convert differential pressure and pressure signals into frequency signals respectively through two H shape vibration beams in the monocrystalline
siliconresonator and then send them to the pulse counter; transmit the difference of these two frequencies to the CPU (microprocessor) for data processing directly and then converted it into 4~20mA
DC output signalcorresponding to the inputted signal through the D/A converter; superpose a BRAIN/HART digital signalon the analog signal for communication.
The built-in characteristic-correction memorizer in the capsule stack can store the environmentaltemperature, static pressure and input/output characteristic-correction parameters of sensor. The
transducer can obtain favorable temperature characteristic, static pressure characteristic and input/output characteristicafter calculation of CPU.
You can also transmit data in form of digital communication through IO port and external devices, i.e.superposing high frequency digital signal of 2.4kHz (BRAIN protocol) or 1.2kHz (HART protocol)
on the 4~20mA signal line. During communication, the frequency signal will not generate any disturbance influence on the 4~20mA signal.
