The PULSAR II has a wide range of applications including Recovery Boiler, Glass, and Molten Metal temperature measurement.
The PULSAR II is available in three different housings. The standard housing is suitable for laboratory use where the instrument will be in relatively controlled conditions. The EH-2 environmental
housing is sealed against the elements and allows heating and cooling options to be added which keep the electronics within the specified operating temperature range. The explosion proof housing is
CSA and CENELEC rated for use in classified areas. It has a built-in cooling base and allows for optional heating to be added.
To achieve accurate temperature readings, the proper electromagnetic spectral range must be selected for measurement. The PULSAR II is available in a wide range of spectral settings from 0.8 to 5 microns. E2Technology will analyze your particular process to select the correct PULSAR II model for your job.
It can measure temperature through flame, glass, plastics, and a variety of gases without affecting the reading |
