Compatibility and Calibration
The semiconductor sensors are compatible with the , and power meter consoles. The calibration and identification data is stored in the sensor and is downloaded automatically to the meter. Each sensor head is individually calibrated and is shipped with a NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate.

Integration Sphere Semiconductor Sensors: S140 Series
The S140 Series is equipped with Si or InGaAs sensors in a integrating sphere for a power range of 1 ?W - 1 W and a wavelength range of 400 - 1700 nm. This series is ideal for optical power measurements of divergent beams like at the output of optical fibers. Easily replaceable fiber adapters facilitate use of different adapter types and use in free space applications. The sensor comes with a FC adapter.

Slim Profile Semiconductor Sensors: S130 Series
The S130 Series is designed in a very slim housing and equipped with Si or Ge sensors for the power range of 5 nW - 500 mW and a wavelength range of 400-1800 nm. This series is designed for optical power measurements in free space applications where standard sensors are too large. An slideable ND-filter extends the power range up to 500 mW.

Standard Semiconductor Sensors: S120 Series
The S120 Series is equipped with standard Si or Ge sensors for the power range of 5nW - 500mW and a wavelength range of 200-1800 nm. This series is designed for general purpose optical power measurements in free space applications.
