TVT 24-7 GSPI recently completed an order for fifteen 40-foot ocean shipping container loads (equivalent to over 1,000 barrels) of its advanced lubricant products to Asia. The order was coordinated with NRG Resources, Inc.
In late 2005, Green Star started a joint venture with NRG Resources, Inc. Green Star and NRG manufacture TVT 24-7 Lubricant Products, while NRG has the exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the TVT line of products. Green Star receives 25% net profits on sales and owns 1,375,000 shares of NRG stock (approximately 2% of NRG stock).
