| KDOC's process oil is specially manufactured using the latest refining facility. This process oil shows excellent performance and is equipped with all that is required by the process oil. Taking into account the various usages of the process oil, there is the paraffinic oil, naphthenic oil, and aromatic oil depending on the chemical component. Also, there are a variety of viscosity classes appropriate for various usages. |
| KD-P Oils(KD P10S, 30, 50, 60H, 60S) | |
| Paraffinic process oil is properly purified for chemical process with rubber. In chemical composition, it has more than 50% of paraffinic side chaines carbon out of all carbons. The color of this product is so stable against lights and heats that it is the most suitable oil for manufacturing light or white color of products including discoloration products. |
| KD-N Oils(KD N30, N20W) | |
| In chemical composition, naphthenic ring carbon constitutes over 30%. It is very compatible with rubber. Also, it has excellent anti-pollution and cold- proof property, and color stability. |
| KD-A Oils(KD A30, EXTENDER OIL) | |
| This product has fairly good compatibility with rubber. Also, it has better dispersibility than naphthenic or paraffinic oil and has improved physical properties. This extender oil can be combined in large quantities with tire, belt, rubber hose, reclaimed rubber, and natural rubber, SBR. But, since it is easy for conjugated double bond to form due to the effect of ultraviolet rays, oxygen, and heat that have a large amount of unsaturated acidaffins, this product can be discolored or stained. Therefore, it is difficult to use on dyed products. |
