Raso Susol 100 Lubricant

RASO SUSOL 100 is first diluted to make 2% solution of the powder and then accordingly  used as per fabric composition and blends of cotton with polyester & lycra it is used between 1 2 grams per liter of diluted product

DOSAGE

RASO SUSOL 100 is applied in all stages of processing e g pretreatment, dyeing and finishing, in rope dyeing machines like jets, overflows and winch becks, It improves running properties and prevents chafe marks on sensitive fabrics. This is especially significant with very short liquor ratios, Lubricating effect assists the circulation of the goods. The positive effects on the running properties of the piece goods allows greater loading of the dyeing machine and higher circulating speed of rope.
