Metaltap MP does not contain aromatic, any native animal oils or modified animal oil. The entire components used are either vegetable base or synthetic materials.

Metaltap MP contains in-active sulfur additives, chlorinated paraffin, nano-technology solid lubricant and fatty esters to provide high anti-weld and extreme pressure properties. The superior extreme pressure characteristics to provide cooler work pieces, superior finishes and long tool life. The active agents in Metaltap MP bind the compound to working edges promoting its effectiveness deep into the cut. Chips are prevented from welding back to the parent metal behind the cutting point. As chips move freely, tool breakage from galling is eliminated.

Metaltap MP is a high viscosity tapping oil specifically designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It will not stain and darken such metals during machining processes.
