Polydimethylsiloxane fluid with silicaceous thickener. 
Translucentwhite colour.
Compatible with hydrocarbon polymers & rubbersboth natural and synthetic, therefore suitable as lubricant forrubbers and plastics.
Will not compromise plasticisers andelastomers.
Operating temperature -40degC to +200degC.
Goodelectrical insulation quality (i.e. high dielectric strength).
Shearstress causes a temporary loss of viscosity followed by recovery ofstructure and viscosity. This quality is of use where there is needfor lubrication or protection from dust, moisture, other chemicals orcorrosive agents.

Auto uses includebrake, steering and gear change components.
Use also on slidingmechanisms.
