The 7-50C-3 hydraulic fluid is an inflammable fluid with the flash point of min. 200?C and the self-ignition point of over 300?C. Its a low-risk substance with regard to harmful health effects, which belongs to hazard class 4, subject to GOST 12.1.07-76. The 7-50C-3 vapour maximum allowable concentration within the working area in terms of ethyl silicate is equal to 20 mg/m3
Safety requirements
The 7-50C-3 hydraulic fluid is packed in 18-20 dm3 tin-plated cans, subject to GOST 20882-75. Net-weight - 16.3 kg
Marking and packing
This synthetic fluid is used continuously in aircraft hydraulic units and systems within the temperature range from -60 ?C to +175 ?C with occasional temperature rises of up to 200?C at the operating pressure of up to 21 MPa.
7-50C-3 is a blend of polysiloxane fluid and organic ester with an antiwear additive and oxidation inhibitors.
