VASSA LD-55 is designed for thin lamination processes, mainly aluminum foil. VASSA LG-100 is designed for processes involving thick sheet aluminum.

Additionally, the balance of naphthenic hydrocarbons in the VASSA LD-55 and VASSA LG-100 oils, increase solvency of the process oils, which helps to reduce impurities. Also, they have high ignition temperatures, thus protecting the laminating equipment.

VASSA LD-55 y VASSA LG-100 consists on two hydrotreated oils of low aromatic content. The main uses of these oils in the cold rolling process are refrigeration, cleaning and lubrication.

The main characteristics of VASSA LD-55 and VASSA LG-100 are their narrow range of fractional distillation, purity and its very low aromatic hydrocarbons and reduced sulfur.
