QMI GEAR TREATMENT

QMI's Paint Sealant with PTFE seals professionally painted surfaces with a hard mirror-like finish protecting from oxidation, ultra-violet rays and dirt. PTFE is chemically inert to all other known chemicals, providing protection from corrosives, salts and insects, and never turns gray or yellow when exposed to sunlight. This unique formula provides over 5 000 particles of PTFE protection per square inch.

QMI's Metal Prep is a highly concentrated non-caustic industrial grade cleaner. Fast acting synergistic detergents, alkalies and wetting agents combine to utilize powerful cleaning action such as oily soil emulsification, surface activity, saponification and wetting power. Eliminates hazardous, flammable solvent mixing, does not contain chlorinated solvents and helps meet the needs of environmental concerns.

Skin is our largest organ and must protect the body against mechanical injury, cold, heat, contaminants micro-organisms and infection. QMI's Barrier Cream forms an invisible protective barrier that blocks out skin irritants providing maximum protection against skin abuse while locking in moisture and the skin s natural oils. The sense of touch and feel is not affected and the skin breathes and perspires freely. With the added benefits of moisturizers, lanolin and vitamin E, regular use will transform cracked peeling hands into younger smoother looking hands. Unlike moisturizing products, QMI's Barrier Cream lasts through repeat washings and protects from harsh irritants frequently found in the workplace.

QMI combines sub-micron PTFE in gear oil with specialized suspending, cleaning and bonding agents. QMI Gear Treatment is applied with current-use oil (or at oil change). During operation the lubrication system carries the treatment throughout. Then QMI's bonding agents react with mechanical action to fuse a sub-micron film of PTFE into critical friction surfaces.
