SR. NO. This Compound is formulated as per standard international norms for specific use in drill collars. Also, it can be applied on tool joints, when a lead based compound is recommended. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS : This compound provides resistance against vibrational and shock loads, it has good corrosion preventive characteristic and its use does not result in excessive metallic built up. This compound prevents drill collar against galling and sizing. This is a lead based thread compound developed for the maximum protection of drill collars in oilfield applications.
