The company has a fully equipped laboratory manned by professionals where all production batches are carefully scrutinized for qualitative parameters and constant product development is an ongoing exercise.

To serve the ever expanding needs of its customers, OIL ZONE FZE is also in the process of expanding its current capacities. Towards this end a new Company named OIL ZONE LLC has been incorporated with the sponsorship of the Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA) at the Al Ghayl Industrial Estate in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

OIL ZONE FZE is in the process of appointing eminent business establishments  as distributors for its products which would ensure that the vast portfolio of its products reaches customers spread across the world. OIL ZONE FZE intends to develop stocking points at strategic locations to serve the markets of the UAE, the entire GCC region, Africa and India. The present plant is also ISO 9001-2000, certified ensuring that the highest quality standards are consistently applied.

Through the decades MOTOROL has embraced itself to the developing technologies and continued the evolutionary trend of its entire product range to suit modern machines, automobiles and manufacturing processes.
 
MOTOROL has now expanded its manufacturing operations in the UAE through OIL ZONE FZE which is a company set up in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone. The First plant with a distillation and blending capacity of 50 TPD was commissioned in August of 2005.

Since its inception MOTOROL has expanded its product portfolio to currently manufacture over a 100 products in the Industrial /Specialty segment catering to a plethora of industries and applications, from aluminum rolling mills to printing ink manufacturers along with over 30 products in the automotive segment.

MOTOROL commenced its journey from India in the year 1970, under the dynamic leadership of (Late) Mr. S.K. Gandhi who was a qualified petroleum engineer from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Mr. S.K. Gandhi was a first generation technocrat who took the initiative to manufacture industrial/ specialty and automotive lubricants in India at a time when the nation depended almost entirely on imports to meet its domestic demand.
