AG193 saves production dollars. Increased tool protection and longer sump life decreases consumption and downtime. Because the AG193 is a general purpose coolant, inventories are reduced.
AG193 is versatile. It is designed for use on steel and for the following machining operations: tapping, gear hobbing, grinding, sawing, drilling, broaching, etc. AG193 contains no amines and is compatible with most wash systems.
AG193 provides longer sump life. It is formulated for superior resistance to bacterial growth, keeps coolant in service longer without foul odors or slime. Coolant stays fresh and will not irritate operators' hands. The AG193 exhibits the desired corrosion resistance at suggested concentrations.
AG193 provides longer tool life. Extreme pressure and lubricity additives cut friction and wear on tools, providing machining results and tool protection comparable to soluble oil, even in hard water.
AG193 is an oil-free, fully synthetic water solution fluid designed for machining and grinding on ferrous metals. Not recommended on aluminum.
