The product is widely used as a final rust preventive in ball bearings and for alloy steels. the product is compatible with lubricants. the product is used in final packing stage in many critical applications. rustop 276 is capable of rust prevention on even severe salty and humid atmospheres. the products can be applied by spray or swabs.

Rust preventive specially designed for application on wide range of single items, on interior surfaces where elaborate protection is unnecessary. However these grades should not be used where small orificed cavities occur.

Solvent cut back type rust preventive useful under moderate conditions and for interim protection from rusting . Rustop 173 possesses finger print neutralisation and water displacement characteristics. Rustop 184 is a light moderate duty rust preventive giving non drying film.

Essentially meets :

ICCONOL  DWS develops a medium tacky film whereas ICCONOL DWO LIGHT provides a touch dry film leading to indoor protection of material for a period upto 18 months.

ICCONOL DWO provides soft and thin film over the metal surface. Thereby providing upto 12 months of indoor storage of the surfaces to be protected.

These are the blends of rust preventive material in a solvent for ease of application. These fluids are non- staining and are easily applicable by brush , spray or swab. These grades are water displacing . this obviates the need for specially drying parts to be protected.
