Description : Urbans cutting oil for light duty operation is non-staining, general purpose cutting oil containing a sulfurized vegetable fatty acid ester for use in light-duty metal working fluids. Benefits: Provides good wetting action reduces frictional heat and prevent undesirable part distortion. Is non-staining and non-corrosive. Prevent welding and tearing of the work piece while keeping the abrasive clean. Light viscosity provides easy removal and carries off steel chips and honing fines from the operation. Allows better, cleaner cuts and promoteslonger tool life. Application:Used for cutting clean, unbroken threads during manual or low rpm threading machine operations on small sizes of steel and brass pipe. Also applicable for hack sawing and light drilling. Suitable for low carbon steels where staining is a problem. Recommended for use in operations where active-type additives are undesirable and where non-staining and non-corrosive properties are highly important.
