Metalworking Oils

ALTIS REZOL oils are used for easy and medium hard  metalworking operations by cutting all kinds of steel (low alloys, high alloys, stainless), as well as for medium hard to difficult metalworking operations of light and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. They  are recommended for working on automatic machines as well as for general lubrication of tool machines when rationalization of oil consumption is required.

ALTIS REZOL are inactive neat oils for metal cutting, with good anti-wear properties and good biodegradability, containing friction modifier and EP additives.

Depending on the viscosity gradation, ALTIS KAL oils are used for quenching/ hardening low alloy steel, Mn-Si steels for springs, steels for roller bearings, tools and structural parts.

ALTIS KAL oils are high-quality oils for quenching, adjusted to the specific conditions of thermal metalworking. They are characterized by high termo-oxidation stability, low cox content and good metal cooling properties. The usage of ALTIS KAL oils will ensure even cooling of the treated object without deformity and change of color, while the structure of the material is enhanced.
