Gear Compounds Oil

This compound is recommended for use in open gears working under heavy and shock loads under varying operating conditions.

Essentially meets:

Specially developed bituminous compound for open gears of mining industries, selectively chosen solvent enables the compound to get applied to gear teeth surfaces evenly. Once the solvent evaporates, it leaves a strong and tenacious film on the metal surface, which does not get squeezed off even under severe working conditions. The gear compound is fortified with suitable anti- wear additives to sustain heavy and shock loads encountered during usage.

ICCONOL TAK 40

Lubrication of open gears, certain slow speed enclosed gears and other applications where high viscosity adhesive products are required.

Essentially Meets:

A range of high viscosity residual type lubricants fortified with special tackiness agents and bitumen, these grades normally require heating to facilitate application .
