sigma HTG 7 High Temperature Grease meet US Steel requirement No. 372,
IPSS 1-09-008 and IS 12790-1989

• Excellent resistance to water washout.
• Resists effect of mild acids and alkalies.
• Ensure minimum softening and loss of structure at high temperatures,
  even when   subjected to substantial shear.
• Excellent resistance to oxidation thereby enabling it to withstand sustained
  exposure to high temperatures.

Benefits :

It is recommended for any high temperature and high load application
like plain bearings, anti-friction bearings operating under high temperature,
calendar roll bearings of textile machines, paper mills and PVC filling
machines, hot air exhausters/blowers, high temperature stuffing boxes etc.

sigma HTG 7 is recommended for slides and other moving parts of
overhead cranes for soaking pits in steel mill, track rollers of earth
moving machineries, billet feeder bearing in rolling mills, soot blowers
of thermal power plants, and bogie cars in sintering plants, electric
motor bearing, conveyor bearing, clutch bearing etc.

Application :

sigma HTG 7 is a Molybdenum Disulphide based non-soap grease.
It is suitable for lubrication of machine parts operating at high
temperature conditions. MoS₂ imparts high load bearing properties.
It also contains anti-wear, anti-oxidant etc additives to provide better
protection to machine parts.
