Characteristics

The AG977 will not stain metals and is specially treated to provide corrosion protection. Manufacturers can rely on the AG977 to perform exceptionally with the confidence that there are no chlorinated solvents or EPA hazardous components in the AG977. All additives are synthetic.

The AG977 contains a unique additive to reduce misting which frequently occurs in such operations. This benefit along with the low odor gives AG977 a high degree of operator acceptance. It is a non-flammable product and can be applied with rollers, sprayers, drip, and immersion.

The AG977 multi-purpose vanishing lubricant provides great tool and die life for all light gauge ferrous or non-ferrous metals where high operative temperatures are not reached. The AG977 performs great in such applications as punching, blanking, drawing, stamping and many types of forming. Upon part formation, the AG977 leaves the metal surface clean and virtually residue free. This allows for easy cleanability and also leaves the press area much cleaner.
