Soluble Cutting Oils

Lawas Solcut - 400 / 600 these are soluble oils, form a stable milky white emulsion with water of normal hardness. It contains a rust inhibitor in an emulsified form and anti- oxidant to import anti- corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which imparts excellent surface finish and minimizes tool wear. Lawas Solcut 400 / 600 is normally used in concentration of 5% and as per operation demand. The oil should be added to the water for stable emulsion. They are recommended for all cutting and grinding operations where soluble oils are applicable. Lawas Solcut - 400 / 600 meets BIS 1115-1986 specifications.
