LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE:
Lithium Complex Greases are not compatible with calcium, sodium based or other conventional greases. Hence bearings should be thoroughly cleaned before filling Lithium Complex grease. Only two third of the bearings need to be filled for optimum lubrication. REMARKS:

It is suitable for lubrication of all types of industrial bearings operating under high higher then ambient conditions under heavy loads. Replace General Greases to Li-Complex Grease and reduce on re-lubrication intervals. Typical applications include klin car rolls, hot air fan bearings, electric motor bearings and clutch release bearings in metallurgical, ceramic, cement and electrical industries etc. TYPICAL APPLICATION: Our Product has excellent shear stability and good surface adhesion. It is non-ageing and is highly resistant to cold and hot water, heat, dust, rust corrosion and oxidation. This is Multifunctional high temperature complex grease formulated with a high dropping point lithium complex soap and high performance additives for lubrication up to 160 Deg C under normal to heavy loads. The Complex soap enables grease to retain its structure even at high temperatures and high loads thereby reducing leakage and enhancing component life with extension of relubrication intervals.
