ICCONOL HYDROL  HFA 32  is suitable for use in steel mills and coal mines, where the equipment is designed to operate with HFA fluids.

Application :

Essentially Meets:

This fluid is oil in water emulsion type. The oil adds lubrication and corrosion protection while the water contributes to the fire resistant properties.

HYDRAULIC OILS:FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (FRHF)

Hydraulic  application  with   sophisticated  high   performance  Electro  hydraulic  or  Numerically Controlled  systems  . These  oils  are  recommended   for  high  pressure  systems  and   power transmission systems, requiring very high viscosity index, operating under high speeds, load and temperatures.

Essentially Meets:

These oils are  blended  from  highly  refined  mineral  oils  fortified  with  extremely  shear  stable viscosity  index  improver  which  gives  it exceptionally  high viscosity index . These are premium grade heavy duty anti-wear oils with outstanding thermal stability low pour point , high FZG rating and are exceptionally shear stable under severe operating conditions.

ISO VG   : 32,  46  & 68

HYDRAULIC OILS: HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX EXTRA HEAVY DUTY ANTI- WEAR TYPE (HVILP)

These  are  ideally   suited  for sophisticated electronically  and  numerically  controlled  hydraulic system where zinc free hydraulic oils are required.

Essentially Meets:

These oils are designed to withstand heavy load and other extreme condition developed in hydraulic system caused by high speed and high temperature . the superior wear protection quality of oil can be evidenced from its exceptionally good FZG rating (12 stage pass)

These are high performance hydraulic oils blended from solvent refined high viscosity index mineral oil and zinc free ash less type of additives.

ISO VG  : 32, 46, 68  & 100

ICCONOL HYDROL ZF :-

These oils are of same performance level as that of ICCONOL H oils, In addition, these are super cleaned to very low particle counts and exhibit a high level of filterability , Typical NAS value of these oils is 4

ICCONOL  HYDROL ULTRA CLEAN:-

These oils are of same performance level as that of ICCONOL H oils, In addition, these are super cleaned to exhibit a high level of filterability , Typical NAS value of these oils is 7

ICCONOL  HYDROL SUPER CLEAN:-

These are specially recommended for sophisticated high performance Electro hydraulic or Numerically Controlled systems.

These are suitable for lubrication of pumps and industrial hydraulic machinery operating under heavy loads .

These are recommended  for high pressure hydraulic systems and also for power transmission in systems operating at high speeds. Loads and temperatures.

Essentially Meets:

These are premium grade extra heavy duty anti-wear oils with outstanding thermal stability and high FZG rating . They possess excellent compatibility with seals normally used in hydraulic system. These oils provide trouble free service and have found to be far superior than other anti- wear hydraulic oils.

HYDRAULIC OILS: EXTRA HEAVY DUTY ANTIWEAR TYPE (HLP)

These oils are recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulating systems of industrial and automotive equipments.
