Valve Lubricant and Sealant

PLUSCO 507 is formulated as a Co2 resistant valve lubricant andsealant. It provides superior lubrication and sealing to valves exposedto Co2 and other adverse environments. PLUSCO 507 will not dissolve orwash out when exposed to Co2, H2S, crudes or other petroleum basedfluids.

PLUSCO 507 is very cohesive and will not wash out under adverseconditions thus maximizing continuous valve sealing. PLUSCO 507 willallow continuous valve operation between extended lubricationintervals.

PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant and Sealant does not contain residual solidssuch as bentonite or soap thickeners which build up in the valve bodyand interfere with valve operation.

Suggested Areas - PLUSCO 507 is recommended for use on plug valves, gate valves, ball valves, or butterfly type valves.
