Typical Applications and Ratios with Water (approximate)

Typically, heavy duty stamping compounds contain heavy oil base stocks, but the AG7901 contains no oil and the specialized additives offer extreme ease of cleaning. It will dry, but not set up to a hard residue, thus providing lubrication for secondary operations. It washes off easily and will not contaminate pretreatment systems, thus, extending bath life. The AG7901 is also treated with metal deactivators to provide corrosion protection after the operation.

A major, unique benefit of the AG7901 is the ability to perform difficult operations and eliminate the need to wash parts prior to welding and those associated costs. The AG7901 is completely stable and will not separate in the concentrate or when diluted with water, even to lean ratios. AG7901 is also available for purchase in pre-diluted form.

The VOC-Free AG7901 is a 100% synthetic stamping compound developed in conjunction with an automotive frame stamper. It is recommended for use on stamping, drawing and forming, blanking, punching and piercing operations.
