Open Gear Lube - Extra Duty

Open Gear Lube - Extra Duty is a very heavy-duty product suitable for very high loads and high temperatures. It's based on heavy duty synthetic stocks, combined with a combination of anti-wear, adhesion promoting, corrosion protective and EP agents. It is designed for use on open gears and sliding surfaces of equipment used for construction, crushing, dredging, mining, mixing, drying kilns, and other heavy duty and/or high temperature applications. It is very adhesive, completely water resistant, non-melting, and has excellent corrosion protection. It has a high flash point (>480?F), contains no solvents and is designed for outdoor use in direct sunlight. It is a non-melting formulation useful at higher temperatures than most other open gear lubes.
