BioCool SO100 is a conventional emulsifiable cutting oil for the machining and grinding of
ferrous and nonferrous metals. It is formulated without chlorine. BioCool SO100 is a
combination of high quality vegetable oil and emulsifiers that form stable, milky-white
emulsions when mixed with water. BioCool SO100 does an excellent job of cooling and
lubrication.
For general machining, mix 20:1 with water. For heavy duty machining, mix 15:1 with
water and for heavy stamping, drawing, piercing and forming use neat or mix 4:1 with
water.
