The product is packed in 200 litre metal drum, with the net weight at 225 kg per drum; or in bulk.

6. PACKING                                    

The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.

4. CHARACTERISTICS

* Above dilution ratio are based on the pure KT5100.

Centerless grinding: 60-120:1     Turning, milling: -120:

 Outer circle grinding: 75-150:1    Boring or threading: 0-60:1

Add 20% KT5100 into the water, and then add the water-soluble antirust additive into the mixture, to produce a concentrated solution. The end user can dilute it to 10-20 times for the operating fluid.

3. SUGGESTED DOSAGE

The product is developed to formulate the synthetic liquid used for heavy load cutting and grinding machining, suitable for the machining of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, as well as high nickel stainless steel, but not applicable to the magnesium or copper machining.
