Corrosion Resistance, High Load, High Temperature Grease

Corrosion resistance, high temperature, high load grease is made of totally new and exclusive proprietary thickener blended with high viscosity premium base oil. ADVANTAGES: ( 1) Proprietary and state-of-the-art thickener that inherent extreme pressure & anti wear properties, apart from acting as an agent to carry the base oil. Other premium greases that are usually blended with very little quantity of anti wear additives tends to fail when their EP and AW additives have been exhausted. ( 2) Both demonstrated very little change in the consistency and will not soften due to repetitive shearing and loading. ( 3) Shell Roll test was then modified from six hours at room temperature to 100 hours at 65. 5c to increase the severity and again, no softening was observed. ( 4) Both have high viscosity of its mineral base oil (220cSt@40C for high speed and multi-purpose, 460cSt@40C for low speed and heavy duty) . ( 5) Surpassed Lubrication Life Test. ( 6) In Wheel Bearing Test: it shows no sign of leakage or hardening that may lead to bearing failure. ( 7) Excellent resistance to oxidation. APPLICATIONS: ( 1) Specific applications include lubricating medium-to-large anti-friction bearings that operates at high load, high temperature and exposure to cooling water. ( 2) Steel mills & cement plant: Spherical roller bearings in cold rolling mill; tapered roller bearings in hot rolling mills; double spherical bearings in caster and withdrawal. ( 3) Marine grease: quay-line, shore side gantry cranes turret bearings.
