7. SeaLing materiaLs:
Copper tubes 0 22, which is welded to the vertical tubes with hard silver solder. Each water frame is tested at the pressure of 15 bars. Headers are punched with upper expansion for perfect fitting with vertical tubes and minimum pressure drop in the collector.
6. Header of water frame:
30mm or 50mm thick layer of pre-pressed rock wool with a covering of black glass fabric for minimum thermal loss. Rockwool insulation thermal conductivity: 0=0,036 WjmOK (EN 13162). Black glass fiber or polyurethane insulation materials are also available.
5. Thermal insuLation:
Copper tubes in diameter 0 10mm or 0 15mm. The number of the vertical tubes could be 9 or 12 for collectors in width 1010mm and 11 or 14 for collectors in width 1230mm.
4. Vertical tubes:
Security-Tempered prismatic or clear float solar glass for maximum protection against extreme weather conditions and temperature changes. There is possibility of selection between regular tempered glass with solar direct transmittance 88% and extra clear-low iron glass with solar direct transmittance 92%.
3. Transparent cover:
connected to the water frame with mechanical bonding or ultrasonic welding.
v. (4m)Aluminum fins selective treatment surface O,4mm thick with high absorbance and low emission (0=95%, E=5%)
iv. Aluminum fins black paint treatment surface 0,12mm thick, connected to the water frame with mechanical bonding or ultrasonic welding. .
iii. Fins copper black paint treatment surface 0,12mm thick, ultrasonically welded on the water frame.
ii. Fins copper blue titanium selective surface 0,12 or 0,2mm thick with high absorbance and low emission (0=95%, E=5%), ultrasonically welded on the water frame.
i. Full surface copper blue titanium selective surface 0,2mm thick with high absorbance and low emission (0=95%, E=5%), ultrasonically welded on the water frame.
