Maximum attainable water temperature in boiler per one sunny day approximately 50 C (within density of incident thermal flow of 1000 w/m2 and starting temperature of 20 C) Solar water heating station consists of: - Heat-pipe solar collector; - Boiler cylinder; - Pump block; - Controller; - Air vent; - Expansion tank; - Pipe duct. The appliance functions on solar energy that penetrates through PV cells of flat solar collector. It is perceived by absorbing coating and deposited on thermal absorbing aluminum surface of heat pipe evaporation zones. With help of heat pipes thermal flow efficiently relocates to the collector exchanger, where it is transferred to heat carrier, and later pumped through the boiler's heat exchanger. This heat exchanger heats water in the boiler. Boiler's heat insulation keeps water hot for a long time.
