Solar Water Collector is an alternative way to generate hot water. It uses similar concept as Solar Photovoltaic, excepts it does not produce electricity. Instead it utlitizes solar heat to heat
water.
There are two types of solar collector systems.
A) Open loop system:(Hot Climates)
Open loop system is for warm to hot climates, the system consists a collector made out of Vaccum glass and cooper pipe. a water tank to store all the heated water and a few controls and pipes.
b) Close loop system:(Cold Climates)
In close loop system, the system consists a water tank, two or more vaccum glass collectors. Controls, water pump, expansion tank, pipes.
We sell both systems and in vaccum glass tube only because its efficiency is much higher then regular copper tube system. 110VAC and 220VAC are available in both open and close systems. Although
primary power is from the Sun, but our system incooperate a back up electical heating system.
