Solar Collector (Pressurized, 10-30 Tube)

1. Installation must be completed in accordance with the relevant local standards and regulations.
2. Installation must be completed by qualified plumbing professionals.
3. Efore installation, please check the collectors first. If the bottom of tube is silver, the tube is good. If a tube has a white or clear bottom, it is damaged and should be replaced. Please exchange them this way: Unfasten and remove the plasic cap on the bottom, then pull the broken tubes out along with the direction of the collector, then replace a good tube and install the cap. Please do not to damage the copper heat pipes inside the glass tubes.
4. Do not expose the tubes to sunlight, otherwise the inner tube and heat transfer fin will become very hot. The outer glass surface will not become hot. Avoid exposing the collector to sunlight until the liquids are inside the manifold.
5. If two or more collector units are used on the roof, please use connectors to connect the collectors, so that the connecting is durable and solid, without any leakage of water.
6. The pipe lines must be protected with insulation materials. Where the lowest temperature can reach below-40
