Solar Collector Specification:
1. Mainframe made of aluminium anodized profile. Color: silver
2. Mainframe isolation made of: first layer: rockwool; second layer: PIR foam
3. Silicic acid caps as additional heat protection of PIR foam in the mainframe. Each vaccum tube has its own silicic acid cap protection.
4. Copper tube in the mainframe. Narrowing to 22mm diameter is made by forming (NOT by welding)
5. All sealings in the collector are made of silicone or similar heat resistance material.
6. Inlet and outlet connection (22mm) length is 35mm minimum
7. Reflectors included (reflectors specification according to the pictures we emailed already)
8. Collector frame made of galvanized steel painted in silver color.
9. Vaccum tubes red from inside (San Gao Guan)
10. Heat pipes with COPPER POWDER ! Wall thickness 0,7mm. Length of heat pipe should fill the inside length of vaccum tube.
11. Aluminium wings (profile inside the vaccum tube). In one piece.
