The user can set 03 electrical heating timings daily according his real need. Every set timing comes, only if the temperature is low than the set top limit and the circulation pump is out of
working, the electrical starts and it will stop when temperature reaches top limit. The heating process can be stopped any time by pressing "STOP/SAVE".
6. Manually controlled auxiliary electrical heating
The user can press "HEAT / +" to start and press "STOP/SAVE" to stop the electrical heating when the temperature is lower than the set top limit and the pump is not in operation
7. Lost power (power drop) protection
The system can save the settings, so all setting will not be lost when power is shut off.

When the differential temperature is less than set value, the pump can be operated manually. When the temperature is falling 95-99 degrees (including the two boundary temperature), the system will
forbid the auto circulation of the pump to protect the vacuum tubes, because in that case the vacuum tubes may be emptily isolated. When the temperature reduce to normal, system auto circulation
restores.
4. Temperature controlled auxiliary electrical heating;
When the temperature in the storage tank is lower than the set temperature and the circulation pump not in operation, the auxiliary electrical heating will start (if low limit set to 00, the
auxiliary electrical heating will be shelled). When the temperature reaches to top limit, the heater will be stopped automatically. When the temperature is higher than the low limit and the time is
not falling in the timing heating range, the user can press "STOP/SAVE" to end heating process.

When the temperature of the collector is higher to the storage tank temperature to a fixed figure (differential temperature which is set in advance). The circulation starts. When the two
temperatures approach to each other, the pump stops.

There are four digital highlighted displays. The display form is XX XX. Normally the controller displays only two temperatures. First two letter show collectors temperature, and the back two shows
the storage tank temperature. When it is needed to check system time, press "SET" once, and the controller shows alternatively the two temperatures or hour and minute. For cancel time display, just
press "SET" once again.
The main functions are as follows:
The controllers display two real time temperatures (one is inside the solar heat collecting panel, another is inside the storage tanks. It has one system clock and three programmable timers, which can be used to automatically control auxiliary electrical heater in the storage tank in case of need.
The automatic controllers are microprocessor based temperature differential controller. It is used for open and closed solar water systems etc. It controls the circulation pump operation according to the real time differential temperature gathered from the solar collecting panels and the storage tanks. If the differential temperature is reach the programmable temperature difference, the circulation pump starts, and when the differential temperature approaches to Zero, the pump stops.
