4. Buyer to sign Charter Party Agreement.
3. Seller send Draft Contract, Buyer within 3 working days counter amend Draft Contract seal AND Seller issue NCNDA/IMFPA.
2. Seller sends Buyer the FCO, Buyer sign/seal and return back to seller
1. Buyer sends to Seller their ICPO and NCNDA/IMFPA.
PAYMENT: MT103+RDLC+T/T or MT103+BG+T/T, Mode of payment the seller can guarantee the safety of legitimate and reliable.
INSPECTION: SGS or CCIC
PB: 2%
DELIVERY: CIF/FOB, ASWP. The seller will provide notice of vessel booking and shipping agreement.
