EAGLEPRIME-MC30 is a premium quality, quick drying solvent based bitumen primer. It acts as a surface dressing to masonry, concrete and non-bituminous road bases.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil & grease, loose materials, and any foreign matters. EAGLEPRIME-MC30 should be thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied straight from the container with standard brush, roller or spray equipment. Application of EAGLEPRIME-MC30 is carried out at temperature between 45 0C and 650C. It should be allowed to dry naturally before application of subsequent layers.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As with all bituminous products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn during application.
Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. Symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, and shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift victim to fresh air, and, if needed immediately start artificial respiration. Give oxygen if breathing is labored. Get emergency medical help. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help.
EAGLEPRIME-MC30 contains volatile solvent with low flash point (38 0C). Ensure adequate ventilation in the working place. Fire and naked flame should be kept at a distance. Containers should be kept tightly closed, away from fire or open flame.

STORAGE
Store under shaded area, out of direct sunlight and protect from extreme temperatures. Shelf life is up to 12 months when stored as above. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product.

EAGLEPRIME-MC30 is supplied in 200 liter metal drum.
