QUANTITY: 20,000 MT monthly. 
DURATION: Up to twenty four (24) consecutives months, with rolls and extensions.
PRICE BASIS: US$ 250 per Metric Ton 
PAYMENT: Wire transfer on the loading port immediately after the load
is completed.
GUARANTEE: SBLC for the amount in US$ of one load.
TERMS: FOB. Venezuelan Port
INSPECTION: Independent inspection for quantity and quality will be
performed by a mutually agreed independent inspector as SGS at the
loading port at Seller's expense

Requisites: ICPO + BCL + Q88.
