?        Price                                                   : USD88 FOB Mother Vessel to be advise by Seller for one (1) month and subject to review

?        Term of Payment                               : 100% LC on sight, irrevocable non transferable from any international Prime Bank.

?        Quality Certification                          :Quality and Quantity determined at loading port by an acceptable independent inspector (Succofindo or Geoservices)

?        Delivery time                                      : First two months shipment 30-45 days after receives confirm LC. Next will be 30days after last shipment. 1^st lay can possible in middle August 2008.
