Our new standard order procedure

These are the procedures and terms that we follow when working with a new buyer. We made 2 step easy procedure to be followed, and we was open for co-operate with agent and brokers or anybody from another continent who can give the deal opportunity or project to completed by us. If you do not agree with any of these terms or procedures please let us know the right away so that we can avoid unnecessary work.


Step 1. Non-formal letter procedures

1.) Buyer      : Send the requirement and coal specification that wanted to be used or burn.
2.) Seller      : Send the confirm in Brief or Soft Offer, coal specification and guarantee rejection levels

Step 2. Formal letter procedures

1.) Buyer      : Issues L.O.I or I.C.P.O with Draft L/C
2.) Seller      : Issues F.C.O
3.) Buyer      : Signs and return the F.C.O with a letter of acceptance
4.) Seller      : Issues the draft contract to review by
5.) Buyer      : Returns and sign the draft contract
6.) Seller      : Issues the POP document
7.) Buyer      : Visited the mine site to check the preparations of sellers if wanted
8.) Seller      : Issues original contract for final signatory
9.) Buyer      : Bank issues non operative documentary L/C
10.) Seller     : Bank issues PB 2 % max to active documentary L/C
