8) Quality Certificate: We will provide for the latest SGS / Equivalent report after signing the contract.

7) Performance Bond Guarantee (PBG): We will give 2% PBG before the buyer opens the operative LC.

6) Delivery Time: The first shipment will be completed within 30 days from the time of opening of the operative LC by the buyer. Subsequent shipments to be completed in a period of 25 days thereafter.

5) Payment: 100% at Sight Confirmed, Irrevocable and transferable or non-transferable LC from a prime international bank.
